PS3800XV Storage Array

The PS3800XV uses 15,000 RPM Serial and attached SCSI (SAS) disk drives, 16 drive chassis, and a full configuration of 146 GB SAS drives at 2.3 TB. It has a high-performance iSCSI SAN and is built on fully redundant, hot-swappable enterprise hardware. It delivers high performance for databases and online transaction processing applications. Built-in software functionality includes: automatic load balancing, snapshots and replication, and multi-path I/O, consistency sets.

It perfectly integrates with all other PS Series storage arrays, and the PS3800XV enables you to optimize performance and capacity by using storage pools and tiers as it matches application demands. With online data movement between tiers, you gain flexibility as you make adjustments without disruption.
